Blood-C: The Complete Series - Review

I'm generally fan of anime that are meant for adults it's just unfortunate that the first one I'm going to review is a crappy one called blood C.

let's take a look story of blood sea is unfortunately Faribault knows the show revolves around society Sarabi your average high school student with a deadly secret she hunts demons called elder bairns for about half of the season.

The show follows the same generic formula sighs life at home as a shrine needing her life as school as a student and her life outside as a demon Huntress is this formulaic writing that makes blood sieve difficult to watch it doesn't help that when some elements of plot are actually revealed.

They tend to be utterly predictable additionally the characters are all cookie cutter archetypes that you've seen in many anime that are honestly far superior I personally never care for any of them so their deaths lacked impact it's this that makes blood –C

So difficult to watch it lacks originality and therefore fails to be entertaining while the Japanese cast all delivers strong performances the English dub fails on every level naina Mizuki's version of SIA is much more convincing than Alexis kiptyn's as Tipton fails to convey much emotion throughout the entire season.

In fact many of the actors in the English dub failed to stand out due to the lifeless monotone delivery it's got Freeman and Bill Jenkins for instance David wooden performance that would make people feel crazy.

I will say however the todd haberkorn version of the doc was incredible as shown by his previous roles in Bakke no mushishi and D Grayman Todd takes everyone seriously and conveys an emotional range the few voiceover artists can thankfully not all is bad about blood – C series boasts the colorful design and strong art direction.

Throughout its entire run the best part of the direction comes the size blistering choreography from her fight scenes combined with many intriguing enemy designs and heavy violence blood sees production values are incredible almost film light likewise much of the soundtrack is quite enjoyable to listen to as the tracks balance soft melodies.

That build the deafening % oh it's just a shame that the other elements of the series don't offer the same complexity or enjoyment.

What it comes down to is whether or not I enjoyed my time with blood seep honestly I don't think this is a series that I'll ever revisit if the story and casting choices were nearly as engaging as the rest of his production values.

It wouldn't be is weak with its emotional payoff blood see gets a four out of ten you.
